Atlantan Brides Event at St. Regis

This week I had the opportunity to attend the Atlantan Brides holiday party at the St. Regis. Once again, the service, food, and decor did not disappoint at St. Regis. The ballroom was set up in full scale for a ceremony

and reception

The centerpieces were a mix of low and tall heights, traditional and modern

All of the beautiful decor was from A Legendary Event

Preparing for Destination Wedding

We're hard at work preparing last minute details for a destination wedding in Jamaica this weekend. We'll be taking everything with us for the wedding from stationery, to linen, and favors. The couple's monogram served as our main design element and here is a sneak peak at some of the details:

A Winery Wedding

Last week I was completely spoiled by Ritz-Carlton Atlanta, at a wedding planner mini-retreat. We were wisked away on a limo bus from Atlantic Limo to the North Georgia Wine Country, where we visited two wineries. Both are picturesque options for wedding venues.

The first winery, Frogtown Cellars, features a wrap-around porch and two large decks with a breath taking view of the vineyard and North Georgia Mountains. Built on top of a hill, their timber frame structure has cathedral ceilings, hand-carved Tennessee flat stones walls and brazilian cherry floors. Here is a wedding held at Frogtown, shot by Alea Moore Photography

The second winery, Wolf Mountain Vineyards, features wedding ceremonies in their covered pavilion, which overlooks the vineyards with breathtaking views of the mountains. They can accommodate up to 200 guests at their event facility, which sits atop the winery, for the reception. Here is a wedding at Wolf Mountain shot by W. Scott Chester Photography

Holiday Party at St. Regis

Last night I attended a holiday party at the St. Regis hotel in Buckhead, and it was absolute perfection! No detail was overlooked from the service, food, drink, and even the smell was divine! Of course there was fab holiday decor.

Outside on the pool deck they had a fire with smores!

And an even bigger surprise...an ice skating rink!!!
The hotel also had the lighting of their beautiful Christmas tree
I left the party so in the holiday spirit. Just look at this warm cozy fireplace in the lobby.
