Atlanta Drape and Event Design

Besides lighting, one of the easiest ways to transform a space is event drapery. I just had a wedding where we took a plain wall (pictured here)
and once it was draped in white fabric along with a few lights, became a beautiful focal point in the room
I used Atlanta Drape & Event Design and not only did they do a great job with the drapery but they showed up on time, installed the drape fast and efficiently, and then showed up again on time to break it all down. It makes my job as a wedding and event planner so much easier when I have great dependable vendors like this. Today, Roy Arriaga, Director of Operations at Atlanta Drape & Event Design has stopped by today to tell us more about their company and show us how event drapery can transform a space.
Lemiga: Tell us a little about your company – how long have you been in Atlanta?

Atlanta Drape: Atlanta Drape has been in Atlanta since 2002. We started as a home based business in Dallas Texas as a family operated business. We now are the sister company to Quest Drape who has 5 offices nationwide! We put our service as a top priority and will exhaust every resource we have to ensure proper execution is performed on every event.

Lemiga: How can event draping transform a space?

Atlanta Drape: Draping can transform the mood in the room and covers up what event planners do not want the attendees to see. It can transform a room with an unpleasant color into a neutral décor which is more appealing to the attendees. It is used many times as backdrops great for photos and can be used as a partition to separate one side of the room to another.

Lemiga: What is the range of services your company provides?

Atlanta Drape: Atlanta Drape focuses on drape only and that is why we are so good at it and stand out from the rest. A set of the same amount of drape with the same color will always look better after we set it because we focus on the details because that is all we are there for. Lemiga: What should potential clients look for when hiring an event draping company?

Atlanta Drape: Service, Service, Service. From the Director all the way to the installers, what was your first impression? Are the employees presentable? Professional? Is the equipment taken care of? The drape taken care of? If you can answer no to any of these questions, you need to have the Atlanta Drape experience! Thanks Roy for stopping by today! Atlanta Drape & Event Design is a participating vendor at my Open House Soiree on August 24th. They will be showcasing their beautiful work so stop by to get a firsthand look and ask your event drapery questions. Please register for the Soiree at http://lemiga.eventbrite.com/
